We provide property inspections, document retrieval & filings, court research, title abstracting as well as document recording services in all 58 counties of California. Dating down recording packages from the plant date.

We have worked with companies such as  Chicago Title, First American Title, Fidelity National Title, Financial Title, Liberty Title, North American, Placer Title and Stewart Title throughout California.We only hire only the most experienced people. Unlike our competitors, all of our people come from a background in the Title Insurance industry. Many of our employees are former Title Officers. We cross train all of our recorders in different counties so that they are familiar with the nuances of each county. This allows us to have back-up recorders whenever necessary.
